OWNER/TENANT INFORMATION
All homeowners are required to provide the Association with written notice of proper mailing information should it differ from the property address. We have included a copy of our owner/tenant information form for your convenience. It is very important that you complete the form and return it to our office so that we have current and accurate information.
ASSESSMENTS
Assessments are due January 1st of each year. Annual statements will be mailed the November before the assessment is due.
MAILBOX KEYS
Mailbox keys can be obtained through the Post Office located at 5560 FM 1640 Road, Richmond, Texas 77469. They can be reached at (281) 633- 0386.
TRASH COLLECTION
Trash service is provided by Fort Bend Mud #158. Texas Pride Disposal has been hired by the MUD to provide trash collection services. They can be reached at 281-342-8148. Trash collection days are Tuesday’s and Friday’s and you must provide your own trash can. Recycling is also on Friday. Heavy trash is picked up on any regular day. Four holidays are observed and if they are on collection day, that day is not made up. The days are New Years, Independence, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. WATER Water is provided by SiEnviro. They can be reached at (832) 490-1500.
POOL/FITNESS CENTER
The pool and fitness center are located at 1102 Butterfly Lane. Pool hours are seasonal and will be posted prior to each swim season. Fitness Center hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Access cards are required to obtain access. Please click here to obtain an access card. Click here for the 2024 pool hours.
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
Should you desire to make changes to your home or property, you must first apply for Architectural approval. Please
